Use JUGAD to find teams for your hobby tournament
- With JUGAD you will reach over 1,500 active hobby teams in Germany & Austria!
- The teams register directly via the app and pay the entry fee - safe and uncomplicated.
- Save yourself the time of searching for a team - once the tournament is listed in the app, teams in the region are notified and can register. You can also share the tournament link with teams from your network and on social media to get the most out of it.
- In the team overview you will find all information about the registered teams, such as contact details and payment status (paid/open)
- A team has not yet paid? With just one click you can send a payment reminder and save yourself having to ask about the entry fee.
- Optionally, you can store rules as well as cancellation and participation conditions in the app

How can I set up my tournament on JUGAD?
Write us a message with the most important information about your tournament (location, time, entry fee, ...). We will get in touch with you and add the tournament to the app.
Do teams need a JUGAD account or the app to register for my tournament?
No. The teams do not need to download the app or create an account, as the tournament page is also available as a website.
What payment methods can the teams use to pay?
PayPal, credit/debit card, Klarna (direct debit & instant transfer), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do I get the entry fee from the teams?
To receive payments from the teams, you need an account with our payment provider Stripe. You can create one here. If you are a private individual, select the preselected “Registered merchant/sole proprietorship” under “Type of company” - then simply click on continue.
The money is paid out weekly to your account stored with Stripe.
Can teams cancel after they have (bindingly) registered via JUGAD?
That is your decision as the organizer. We only provide you with the teams and have no influence on your “cancellation conditions”. Since you get the money paid out by us, it is up to you whether and how much you pay back the teams.
What costs are incurred?
There are various fees, including those charged by our payment service provider Stripe. We recommend adding this amount to the entry fee so that the fees are covered.
