In general, you can cancel up to one hour before the game starts, but only free of charge under certain conditions.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the game. Players on the waiting list can always cancel free of charge.


Cancellations within 48 hours before the start of the game:

The decisive factor is the minimum number of players (X). The player list states "Takes place with X+ players".

If the minimum number of players has been reached at the time of your cancellation, you can only cancel free of charge if a replacement player can be found. If you cannot find a replacement player, the amount will be debited.

Example: minimum number of players is 10. There are 12 players registered with you. If you cancel, only 11 players are registered. As soon as a 12th player has been found again, no money will be collected from you. If there is no 12th player, you have to pay.

Special case: Same case, but another player cancels shortly before you. In this case, 2 new players must be added so that no money is collected from you. The first new player replaces the player who canceled before you. The second new player replaces you, so you don't have to pay.


If the minimum number of players has not been reached at the time of your cancellation, you can only cancel free of charge if more players join and the minimum number of players is reached.

Example: minimum number of players of 10. There are 8 players registered with you and you want to cancel. You can only do this for free if there are 3 more players after your cancellation so that the minimum number of players of 10 can be reached.

Special case: Currently 4 out of 10 players are registered. As in the previous case, you can only cancel for free if the minimum number of players of 10 is reached. Ask the organizer to lower the minimum number of players or, if necessary, cancel the game completely. If the organizer cancels the game, nothing will be charged.

Why can't I always cancel for free?
The organizers usually pay in advance and book the court for you. They bear the risk and rely on you and your payment. You are scheduled and last-minute cancellations are extremely annoying. That's why there is the rule with substitute players ;)

Exceptions
If the organizer changes the following modalities of the game, you have the right to cancel free of charge within the next 24 hours.
- Start time
- Match location
- Number of teams
- Increase number of substitutes
- Reduce game duration
- Game mode by more than 2 players per team
- Minimum number of players by more than 4 players
- level & gender


Tip: Share the game's invitation link in WhatsApp groups and with friends so that more players can be found.

Pro Tip: If necessary, cancel as early as possible so other players can plan and take your spot.
