Reliability rating faq

How does the reliability rating work?
After your session has taken place, you can rate the reliability of the registered players. You can choose between 3 options: “showed up”, “arrived late” or “did not show up”. Based on your ratings, we calculate reliability and punctuality scores for each player. These values are publicly visible in the player profiles.
If a player has a reliability of 10, he has appeared in 10 out of 10 sessions. If it has a value of 7, he only appeared in 7 out of 10 sessions and is therefore unreliable. As the creator of a session, you can also see the current reliability rating of the participants directly in the player list. This allows you to assess whether you can trust people to show up or not.

What happens if the session creator doesn't rate the players?
The session creator receives a reminder 3 hours and possibly 2 days after the session to rate the players. If there is still no evaluation, all players are rated as “showed up” and receive positive reliability and punctuality values.

Will I get a bad rating if I don't come but canceled beforehand?
No. If you canceled beforehand, everything is fine and you will not be evaluated. But please make sure to cancel early as people are relying on you. Only players who are on the player list one hour before the start of the session will be rated.

What can I do to make sure someone with a bad reliability rating actually shows up?
You can contact the person via JUGAD Chat. If necessary, you can exclude the player from your session.
